Not for profits - $2.30/chop

For profits - $2.60/chop

You sell them for $3.50/chop

300 pork chop minimum

Pork Burgers

No minimum if combined with pork chop fundraiser

No grilling fee if combined with pork chop fundraiser

$15/person/hour grilling fee if not combined with pork chop fundraiser

Pork burger cost - $1.25/patty

You sell them for $1.75atty

Your benefit - $.50/patty

Step by step procedure:

1.      Call and schedule a date for your event

2.      Decide what products you want to sell

3.      Sell, sell, sell

4.      Birkys need 5-7 day notice on total Pork chops ordered

5.      Birkys will come and grill on site the day of your event

6.      Pork chops and pork burgers will be placed in coolers

7.      You are responsible to provide workers to bag orders and collect funds

8.      You are welcome to order extra and sell the day of the event

9.       Birkys is to be paid in full at the conclusion of your event

10.     Eat a pork chop and a pork burger!
