I could eat ham everyday!  At least real ham.  The processed and molded stuff that they sell real cheap in the stores I can do without.  Ham shouldn't be ground up and emulsified and then formed with water and fillers to make your family a ham.  Birky hams are as real as can be.  You can trust what is not in them and how they have been prepared.

All of the hams come in either whole (10-16 lbs) or halved (5-8 lbs)

Our hams come bone-in, ($3.39/lbs ) or boneless ($3.99/lbs)

Also available are ham steaks ($3.99/lbs) and sliced sandwich ham ($5.99/lbs)
